Thai Massage

What is Thai Massage?
Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than more classic forms of massage. It is also called Thai yoga massage, because I use my hands, knees, legs and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used during treatment. People describe Thai massage as both relaxing and energizing.
How does Thai Massage work?
Thai massage is usually done on a padded mat on the floor.
No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed. You are asked to bring or wear comfortable clothing to the massage.
Thai massage comprises of an extensive variety of complex movements. I use a unique combination of poses and movements to induce relaxation. The movements and poses are often altered slightly, depending on the discomfort experienced by the client.
However, the techniques involved in Thai bodywork extend far beyond just poses and movements. This therapy also uses a combination of stretching movements and acupressure points.
